		<description>I think it is great to have a job fair specifically for colleges to show those with disabilities what they have to offer.  I am lucky to be at a college that has accommodated my mental disorder extremely well.  My one piece of advice for those with disabilities who are about to make the transition into college is do not be shy.  Communication is essential.  Your professors can&#039;t help to accommodate the learning environment to your specific needs if they are not kept informed.</description>
