I do feel this is not only child molestation but bullying as well. By handcuffing this child, the perpetrator was trying to inculcate in child that he is different. This is not kind at all to say the least; children belong together and hence such segregation should not be condoned in our civilised world. Unless a child is definitely a barrier to learn or disrupting the class; then there should be no reason for this child to be discriminated upon by being excluded from the rest of his classmates. Small disagreement amongst children is not a compelling narrative to warrant such monstrous action by the head teacher needless to say. This teacher has no iota of empathy from the look of things.
