Chapel Haven West teaches students with autism to live solo

A program affiliated with the University of Arizona in Tucson is giving students with autism the chance to experience campus life as they learn life skills in a transitional residential program.
The Chapel Haven West program teaches young adults about topics like social skills in classes at the university, and students learn independent living skills around the clock while living at an off-campus apartment complex. The program aims to prepare students to live on their own.
