Palin disability speech expected

Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin is expected to give a speech in Pittsburgh Friday outlining the McCain-Palin ticket’s commitment to people with disabilities. The speech is expected to lay out specifics. An excerpt:
Families with children in wheelchairs or have Down Syndrome [sic] flock to Palin rallies and often hold signs with pictures of their children. Palin picked one out at a rally last week that read, “Down Syndrome Blessed.”
