		<description>Part of the problem is that the candidates - and their respective staffs - don&#039;t seem to be calling attention in any way when a candidate *does* work on something disability-related.

A current example is the Joe Biden&#039;s reintroduction of the &quot;Crime Victims with Disabilities Act&quot; on October 1st.  Biden&#039;s statement introducing the bill and other info can be read at the ICAD blog here:

The problem is, as I&#039;ve written on the NDY blog, there is no mention of Biden&#039;s introduction of the bill on Biden&#039;s website.  If Biden&#039;s office doesn&#039;t call the media&#039;s attention to it, we can&#039;t fault the media for not asking about it.
