		<description>In the 35 years since education laws have been in place for people with disabilities schools and teachers have done better and better educating people with disabilities (hence the need for secondary options)--practice makes perfect as my mom always said. Universities do not know how to teach people with disabilities yet, but they already specialize in teaching and learning and they will improve with practice.</description>
