Something is off with this story. The part about giving the Hep B vaccine before traveling gives it away, I mean come on! I am so sure her is child going to be shooting IV drugs, and having unprotected sex. The bottom line is the story was made up to scare people into vaccinating. I dare anyone to prove otherwise.
