Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful little boy! My husband and I have a 19 month old with Down Syndrome and he is a hoot! I too was sad at first and waited to see what was different about him, then I finally realized, he is no different than his older brother. Bless you and your family and Trig! He will bring you and his siblings much joy! Every milestone he hits will be a victory for cheers!

When I saw that you were John McCain’s running mate, I was elated!!! I was a stay-at-home mom who home schooled two children. After some thought, I am wondering how will your children be taken care of when you are on the campaign trail and, I am hopeful, when you are the Vice-President? I was waivering on the voting issue, even though I am a Republican, on who to vote for. I am definitely not thrilled with Obama so thought I would “just vote” for McCain. I was at my parents this past weekend, who are 88 and 82, and, after seeing who John’s running mate is, will be voting for him!

I am very proud of who you are and what you stand for and wil be voting for you and John McCain. You have accomplished a lot as a person and woman.
