UCLA opens campus to students with disabilities

From NBC News a feature on UCLA’s Pathway program, a “groundbreaking” program which provides a college experience to students with developmental disabilities. Among the first crop of 16 students are some with autism, mental retardation and Down syndrome. Organizers say these students will have a chance to be defined not by their disabilities, but by their dreams. Video clip.
