FROM ALMOST THE moment we were told that our beautiful new daughter was a dwarf, I’ve been on something of a quest–a quest to find meaning and purpose in Becky’s having a life-altering genetic difference. I don’t want to suggest that I’ve been looking for meaning in her life. That’s a given.
