Reactions to Supreme Court special ed action
October 13th, 2007Writing on Huffingtonpost.com, blogger Linda Cronin Gross says that parents of children with learning disabilities view the Supreme Court’s action on a special education case this week as a “huge” victory.
She asks:
… why are we choosing — because that’s what it is, a choice — to basically throw up our collective hands and leave the education of our children, children who need it the most, to private operators and then have the nerve to complain about it?
The New York Post disagrees, calling the decision a Special Ed Ripoff.
