But, it sure the beats the most popular solution of this era.

I&#039;m thrilled to hear that Danny Miller has thrived despite his father&#039;s transgressions.</description>

How could he leave his child in an institution when the Willowbrook story broke?  How could any decent man do that?  Compare him to Charles de Gaulle whose daughter was born 40 years before Miller&#039;s.</description>

		<description>Gosh: I heard this piece on my local NPR station tonight and was struck dumb by it.  Is just one generation back from us so different from us?  How could they send their child off to an institution like that one?  Of course it had to affect Henry Miller&#039;s ability to write, how not?
